Historically the first Festival of Resurgence was the largest gathering of druid and Beastfolk in Haven's History. Brought together for the singular purpose of bringing new life to the Glass Sea. It was then agreed that this gathering must take place every 200 years to keep the Verdant Expanse a paradise.
