Flud-Jaggen
Introduction
The Ursine of Moorwald hold a deep respect for the natural order, understanding that their way of life is deeply intwined with the change of seasons. The religious order of Flud-Jaggen are dedicated to the flood season of the Flooded Expanse and ensuring each flood brings a good hunt for their kin.
Year-Long Dedication
Winter
During the winter months, the Conduits of Flud-Jaggen focus their efforts on emboldening the winter storms. Pilgrimages are taken from the Highwald Expanse to the Frosted Expanse so that prayers and gifts can be delivered to the Ice Cabals.
Spring
As the floods begin in the spring months, Flud-Jaggen assist their kin in hunting game driven from the Flooded Expanse into their territory. Each hunt is used as a dedication to Hagel, the Godbeast of Seasons and parts of each kill is left behind to nurish the land.
Summer
Great care is taken by the Conduits to ensure that the wildlife can safely return to the Flooded Expanse when the land becomes dry once again. Pathways are cleared, hunts are ended, and wildfires are doused. Some Flud-Jaggen even go so far as protection specific packs and herds.
Fall
In honor of Hagel, the fall months are used to rest and prepare for their pilgrimages during the winter months. Feasts are had and many hibernate through entire months.
