Overall Description: 

Wyatt's Riders is a renowned adventurer and mercenary group operating in the northern Wildreach region. Led by the formidable Lich Fighter Wyatt Winchester, they are known as lawmen for hire, offering protection to cities, towns, and factions against various threats, including the notorious Broken Crow Gang. 

• With a reputation for skill and reliability, Wyatt's Riders are sought after by both local communities and outside factions looking to exert influence in the region.

Orley- Wyatt's Right Hand:

He possesses a muscular build and a stern countenance, with piercing eyes that betray a keen intellect and unwavering resolve. He typically dresses in practical, well-worn armor, carrying himself with an air of authority and confidence.
• Personality: Wyatt's right hand is a disciplined and pragmatic individual, serving as a steadfast lieutenant and confidant to Wyatte Winchester. He is fiercely loyal to his leader and the cause of Wyatt's Riders, prioritizing the safety and success of the faction above all else. He is a skilled leader and tactician, capable of making tough decisions under pressure and rallying his team to overcome adversity. Despite his tough exterior, he possesses a sense of empathy and compassion, particularly towards those under his protection.
• Motivation: The contact in Wyatt's Riders is motivated by a desire to protect and serve the communities under his watch, as well as the interests of Wyatt's Riders as a whole. • Secret- Jasper is also a memebr of the The Grimlocks , and is gathering info on Wyatt in hopes of one day destroying him, and bringing the Riders up to the standards of a true peace keeping force rather than uncaring guns for hire. 

Faction Belief/Dogma: 

• They hold loyalty to their contracts and clients in high regard, valuing honor and integrity in their dealings.
• The faction is split in morality, with some whole heartadly dedicated to bringing justice and law to these unruly and dangerous regions of the continent
• Some however are simply in it for the money, and care very little on how they earn it.

• The primary goal of Wyatt's Riders is to maintain peace and stability in the northern Wildreach region by providing effective protection and law enforcement services. 
• Additionally, they seek to expand their influence and reputation as a reputable mercenary group, taking on challenging missions and earning the respect of their peers.

• Wyatt's Riders boast considerable strength and influence in the northern Wildreach region, with a skilled and experienced roster of mercenaries at their disposal. 
• They hold sway over various towns and settlements where they are contracted to provide protection, and their reputation precedes them in the wider mercenary community.

Faction Weakness/Limitations: 

• Despite their prowess, Wyatt's Riders are not without their weaknesses. Their reliance on contracts and payment for their services can sometimes lead to conflicts of interest or moral dilemmas. 
• Additionally, their association with Wyatt Winchester, a known lich, may lead to distrust or opposition from certain factions or individuals.
• They are also suseptible to the whims of individual members or groups. While they all notionally work under Wyatt, each member is thier own self and able to make their own choices 

Notable Relations with Other Factions: 

• Wyatt's Riders have positive relations with many cities, towns, and factions in Wildreach that rely on their services for protection. 
• They maintain professional ties with Herdlend  and the Dwarven Imperium Expeditionary Force- IEF , who occasionally hire them as extra protection or assistance in their endeavors.

Roles/Titles Within the Faction: 

The oginization is loosly orginized into teams, ranging from as small as a pair, to as large as 20-50, depending on what they have been hired for. 

• Hunter Pack- teams of 2-4, with a specialization in tracking people down and bounty hunting
• The Protection Package, or Protection- teams that range from 6-20, hired excusivly for extra muscle. Often purchased by larger factions to transport important items, or long term contracts in local towns. 
• The Kitchen Sink Deal- purchasing a virtual army, up to 50+ personel with any skills that can be mustered (claim, can bring everything but the kitchen sink). Only avalible for short term contracts, but a major force to bring to bear for anyone needing an extra bit of muscle to win the battle. Only condition; They lead themselves. 
• True Blood's- Wyatt Winchester and his personal body guard. Will acosinally hire themselves out if the offer is interesting enough, or if Wyatt is bored. 

Possible Faction Rewards: 

• Joining Wyatt's Riders offers the opportunity for lucrative contracts, access to valuable resources, and the chance to work alongside seasoned adventurers and mercenaries. 
• Members may also gain recognition and respect within the mercenary community, opening doors to further opportunities and advancement.

How to Join/Gain Favor with Faction: 

• Prospective members can join Wyatt's Riders by proving their skills and loyalty through a series of trials or tasks, or helping members complete open contracts. 
• Demonstrating competence, reliability, and a commitment to the faction's goals will earn favor with leadership and increase one's standing within the group.
