• He runs an underground poacher group, sending out hunters into the forest to kill and collect the carcesses of the magical (and expensive) creatures that live there. He then smuggles the items out of the city, selling them for a profit to the cities of East Rassoran.
• He also serves as a spy and infiltrator for Verdant Citadel, Tavian Blackthorn operates in the shadows, gathering information and maintaining contacts with the outside world. He uses his extensive network of informants and his skills in espionage and covert operations to keep the city informed of potential threats and opportunities beyond their borders. The quest leads the adventurers on a thrilling investigation, uncovering secrets and intrigue within the city's elite circles, and eventually discovering the truth behind the theft.
• Hunting the Poachers: Reverend Moonshadow has posted an ad at her families tavern, seeking the aid of adventurers to find proof of the Blackthorns family's illegal poaching operation and bring them to justice. The Blackthorn family's underground operations have been poaching endangered and protected wildlife, threatening the delicate balance of the forest ecosystem. The adventurers must navigate the treacherous forest, confront the Blackthorn's illegal activities, and put an end to their poaching operations, all while avoiding detection and retaliation from the formidable Blackthorn family (as well as from a local government with a vested interest in keeping the blackthorns operation going).
• Tala oakenleaf is about to go on a scouting mission into the further world, and unlike many of her fellow elves, sees the value in bringing along some people who know the world better than her. She just has to know she can trust them, and has some interesting ideas on how to test that. She plans to purposly led them into a Ankehg den (5 ankhegs), put herself in a vulnerable position, and see if they stick around to save her. If they do, then she would like to join them whenever they leave the city as she goes scouting. (temporary party member)
