Faction Description
- The Celestial Confederation is a loose alliance of independent tribes of the Fenlir Tabaxi, each representing a celestial body and bound together by shared beliefs and a common reverence for the stars.
- Unlike the Khanate, the Confederation exists more as a network of aligned tribes, coming together in times of danger or religious celebration to defend their shared interests and honor their celestial patrons.
Important NPC's
There is No over All Leader. In times of crisis, the tribes untite together, and choose one of thier leadership, usually a Star Shamen, Lunar Elder, or Constelation Guardian, to led them until the crisis is over.

- The northern most tribes within the Confederacy deal often with the Anubian humans in the north, and serve as a vital route of supply and trade for the Anubians, garnering favor with them.
