Thalassorath- blue dragonguard

Dragon Name: Thalassorath   Physical Description: Thalassorath appears as a regal sea elf with azure-blue skin and piercing blue eyes that seem to crackle with electrical energy. The storm lasts for 1 minute or until Thalassorath dismisses it as a bonus action. Any creature that starts its turn in the storm or enters it for the first time on a turn must succeed on a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or take 11 (2d10) lightning damage and be pushed 10 feet away from the center of the storm. Additionally, the area within the storm is heavily obscured, and any ranged weapon attack made into or out of the storm has disadvantage. Thalassorath can move the storm up to 30 feet as a bonus action on each of his turns.
