In her draconic transformation, Queen Clara takes on the form of a massive and terrifying draconic creature with 6 hedas; blue, black, red, green, white, and a large silver head at its center. Her scales shimmer with a kaleidoscope of colors, and her eyes burn with an intense, otherworldly light.

Abilities:
- Multiheaded: Queen Clara has six heads, each representing a different dragon aspect: white (cold), black (acid), blue (lightning), red (fire), green (poison), and silver (radiant). Each head acts independently, allowing Queen Dracanastra to make multiple attacks per turn.
- Regeneration: At the start of her turn, Queen Clara regains 30 hit points for each head that has been severed since her last turn. If she has taken acid, cold, fire, lightning, or poison damage since her last turn, this trait doesn't function at the start of her next turn.
Actions:
- Multiattack: Queen Dracanastra can use her Frightful Presence and make up to six attacks: one with each head.
- Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d10 + 6) piercing damage plus 14 (4d6) damage of the corresponding elemental type (acid, cold, fire, lightning, poison, or radiant) based on the attacking head.
- Frightful Presence: Each creature of Queen Dracanastra's choice within 120 feet of her and aware of her must succeed on a DC 21 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Special Abilities (Stolen from Dragons): Instead of making bite attacks, she can instead roll a 1d4 and make a special attack instead.
- White Dragon's Frost Nova: Queen Dracanastra releases a burst of icy energy in a 30-foot radius centered on herself. Each creature in that area must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw, taking 63 (14d8) cold damage and being restrained until the end of their next turn on a failed save, or half as much damage and not being restrained on a successful one.
- Black Dragon's Acidic Pool: Queen Dracanastra creates a 30-foot radius pool of acidic slime on the ground at a point she can see within 120 feet. The pool lasts for 1 minute or until Queen Dracanastra dismisses it as a bonus action. Any creature that enters the pool for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there takes 36 (8d8) acid damage. The area within the pool is considered difficult terrain.
- Blue Dragon's Shocking Field: Queen Dracanastra releases a surge of electrical energy in a 30-foot radius centered on herself. Each creature in that area must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw, taking 63 (14d8) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Additionally, any creature that enters the area or starts its turn there takes 21 (6d6) lightning damage.
