Madgar- Grizzled Peak

City History, Culture, Trade and Description
The Grizzled Peak is a large fortress built carved out of a mountain side, the original strong hold of the ancient Talons, and where their order first created the elixirs used to enhance their abilities. The fortress has a large outer wall dotted with towers, and a centralized keep joined with the rock face of the mountain, all underneath a rock outcropping of the mountain itself.
Important Characters
Keeper Aktir- Akitr is a Northern Dwarf, has straight graying copper hair, a braided mustache that droops past his chin, light hazel eyes, and a sharp nose. He wears chain mail covered in bear fur and wields a maul. Akitr is pessimistic and constantly grumbles about the cold as he tries to maintain the Keep. He is old for even a dwarvish Talon, nearing 400 and rarely goes out, preferring to maintain the keep for the young bucks. Personally trained Gunvald, and maintains no one has ever caused him so much grief in his life. 
Meda- Meda has uneven white hair and brown eyes, and an unusual mark on her face. She wears leather armor and wields a club and hand crossbow. Meda is cheerful but tends to be withdrawn. She was cast out of her clan because of her birthmark, which they saw as a curse, taken in and raised here. She never wanted to fight as a Talon, but takes care of the forge building and repairing weapons as needed.

Notable Buildings
Silver Forge- Maintained by Meda, a large forge beneath and entangled by the roots of a large stone tree. Talon medallions hang from this tree, and fallen Talons are placed in the forge to be burned, their souls and strength becoming one with the blades forged in the flames, strengthening the next generation.
General stores- If inquired, Akitr keeps general goods and supplies on hand for Talons in need or a restock. He also has a limited number of potions and other ingredients, but if large quantities are needed the Talon must go and collect the necessary ingredients for themselves.
Sleeping Quarters- there are a number of rooms available for Talons staying for long periods of time. None are high quality in terms of comfort, but it keeps the wind and cold out.
Other NPC’s
Hake- Hake is a Madgar human at roughly 78 years (Talons prime), built strong and muscular from constant training. He has golden hair which is pulled behind his head and large green eyes. He wears half plate and wields a greatsword. He is often traveling to the Madgar capital to engage in debauchery, and is usually drunk or on his way there. Despite that, he is an accomplished warrior and dedicated to the Talons creed.
Hori- He has silver hair and large grey eyes, always has a slightly crazed smile and is very unpredictable. He wears only light armor and wields 2 hand axes. Hori has an animal companion, a grey rat named Keli.
Sinne- a female half orc with a half shaved head long black hair, and hazel eyes. She wears splint armor and wields a flail and shield over her back. She was taken in by Sarkin (now dead) on a failed quest to save her captive human mother. Despises orcs, and is the first to seek out contracts to deal with them.
