Physical Description:

  Captain Lirion Dawnstar cuts an impressive figure upon the deck of his ship, the Starcaster. Standing tall and regal, his Eladrin heritage is evident in his striking features – alabaster skin, flowing silver hair, and piercing emerald eyes that seem to hold the secrets of the stars themselves. His attire is as flamboyant as his personality, with a silken sapphire coat adorned with golden trimmings that billows in the wind, complemented by finely crafted leather boots and a feathered tricorn hat perched jauntily upon his head.

Fighting Strategy:

Captain Dawnstar prefers to outmaneuver his foes with cunning tactics rather than brute force. He relies on his agility and quick thinking to outwit his opponents, using his charisma and silver tongue to negotiate when possible, and resorting to dazzling displays of swordsmanship and spellcasting when diplomacy fails.

Abilities:

  • Fey Step: Once per short rest, Captain Dawnstar can use his Fey Step ability to teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space he can see.
  • Fey Charm: Through his enchanting charisma, Captain Dawnstar can attempt to charm a creature within 30 feet, forcing them to make a Wisdom saving throw or become charmed for 1 minute.
  • Cunning Action: As a cunning rogue, Captain Dawnstar can take a bonus action on each of his turns to Dash, Disengage, or Hide.
  • Evasion: When subjected to an effect that allows him to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, Captain Dawnstar instead takes no damage on a successful save and half damage on a failed save.
  • Panache: Captain Dawnstar can use his charm and wit to distract and manipulate foes, granting him advantage on attack rolls against a creature he has charmed or deceived.
  • Fey Passage: Once per long rest, Captain Dawnstar can open a temporary portal to the Feywild, allowing himself and his allies to pass through to safety.

  • Starcaster's Blade: Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2d8 + 6 piercing damage. On a successful hit, Captain Dawnstar can teleport up to 10 feet to an unoccupied space he can see.
  • Dazzling Flourish: Captain Dawnstar can expend one use of his Fey Step to perform a dazzling flourish, forcing all creatures within 10 feet of him to make a Wisdom saving throw or become blinded until the end of their next turn.
