Rosa Annalis Scriptura
A man in white and gold robes preaches damnation and punishments for the rebel and the thief from a gold bound tome. Circumstances do not matter, one should always be righteous. His loud voice carries throughout the grandiose chapel and sun filters in through the stained glass behind him. Censers release strong incense as the congregation kneels and begins to pray.
A woman wearily sits down in her grey smock, she stifles a yawn as the dozens of children sit down on the thread bare rug of the common room. They look up with hope and excitement as she reads from a faded dog eared book. Her words are gentle and tell the orphans of a farmer who rises up against the ruling caste using everything at his disposal and sometimes stealing food to survive.
Both speak from the same book, though both have very different ideologies and methods.
