The genie that became enchanted objects have little hope of freedom, but the wish-granting genie can be freed if their master wishes it. This wish normally means the master becomes the binding object’s “genie” instead. As such there are very few true genie left in this world.

History

Long ago, genie were free fire spirit that roamed the Arabian Desert however most of them no longer exist on the mortal realm. They fled when Humans discovered they could bind powerful genie to objects and force the weaker genie into singular forms. The latter become enchanted object with a “life” of their own. The former were forced grant a number of wishes based on their power level.

Genie favor strong colors. They tend to have their skin color like blue, green, or red. This is only a preference though. They change color at wish if they aren’t stuck as an enchanted object.
