Sollrai

The Sollrai, sometimes called the Sun Rai by humans, are what the Rai inhabitants of the Realm of Soll are called. They are part of the Rai peoples and are descendants from the Aldrai, much like the Nhalrai and the Haldrai.
Most of the Sollrai trace their origins and culture back to the ancient Aldrai city of Solra, called the City of the Sun. They have a fierce rivalry with Nhalrai which predates the Ruin over 10,000 years ago.

Traits

Most of the Rai share similar traits such as being tall, slim and having fair skin.
The most common trait among the Sollrai is fair hair. Blonde, gold, red, auburn, silver and white hair are the most common hair colours. Light and dark brown hair has become more common among the Sollrai after millennia of intermixing with Haldrai refugees after the Wars in Hald. The other differentiating traits between the Rai is eye colour. Among the Sollrai: blue, gold, amber, turquoise/teal/cyan, green, light grey are the most common. More rare eye colours are brown, grey and dark grey which also comes from the Haldrai.
