Oru 'Orchid' Táreru is a male Human hailing from Atagua and acting as its Speaker. A strikingly handsome and athletically built young man, 'Orchid' is many things to many people, but a font of wisdom is not one of them. He presents himself as brash, hasty, and carefree. Refreshing, but hazardous traits in one of the leaders of a transplanar Cosmopolis!
Despite this, his disarming good looks and affinity for languages, which allows him to speak at (his loud voice sets every word ringing with confidence, leaving little room for conversation) nearly all of the Citadel's constituents, has made him a firm favorite among the populace.
