General Summary
Session 32 - Through Destruction From Light The Chaos Marked have successfully petitioned the Ancients for a corridor through which they may gain access to the Elemental Chaos, seeking out the site of the destruction of the Naphtali. But what awaits them there to annihilate them before they can even survey the transcendent destruction?

Raan into Darkness
Rested in the Glow of the Gleaming, the Chaos marked pushed through the granted Corridor, into a Wasteland of Elemental Power. Lava rivers to the left, thick swirling Mist, further north, a stone desert east, which they are seperated from by a Gorge filled with Ice. Exploring the Area, Cadok quickly spotted something hiding in the Mist. And promptly waved at it. This display of both spotting and not deeming them a threat, got the Ambushers to just give up on cover and just attack the Chaos Marked. Which now revealed, showed themself as Clockwork Creatures, except the creature in the Mist that was a Giant Glass Elephant which hit like a Herd of Bulls. But not to be distracted from their goal, the heroes defended themself, with Osburne avoiding a frozen death, by turning into a dragon, and launching himself at the enemies from the sky. Ferrus and Hubaqaal staying in the back were put under Tentacles by a Clockwork mage, who shot at them from the other side of the Lava River. But standing a bit too close, since a Hydralic Push against the CLiff, and the Clockwork Mage was in the molten Rock. On the other side of the Cold Ravine, Lanasia charged down a sniping Clockwork Gunner and Mage, who were really not approving of their Life choices at this very Moment. Though the killing Shot against the Gunner was not taken by the Monk, but by a very angry Vanilla, conjuring ancient Dust at the creature, causing it to break apart. She did that in the pocket of Cadok, who had turned Uriel's Gift into an Adamantine Maul, bashing against the Glass Elephant who could resist most conventional weapons, except the kind which Cadok was wielding right now. And of course throughout this, even as Clockwork Sphinxes charged them from the North, Fireballs rained upon the enemies from a certain Catfolk ontop of a Large Eidolon.
The Chaos Marked prevailed and finished the fight, but they did learn that one of the Clockwork Gunners were equiped with a Magic Item, which would definitly notify of their Demise so they had to move quickly.
They all saw that throughout this Elemental Wasteland, there were 4 Runic Circles strewn about, which through Lanasia's studies revealed that those were Seals which could be interacted with their Chaos Marks.
Through Teamwork they managed to open up a Portal, which lead them to a Halcyon, a Giant Demiplane which was a continent on its own. It had so much, forests, mountains, vulcanos, a sea, a giant explosion ontop of a Mountain which was permamently frozen.
The only thing it lacked was people. there were Elementals about, which kept the nearby Town intact, yes but no one living in it. From what they gathered, this was a Refugee of the Chaos Faries, which was seemingly abandond, but not destroyed.
Though they found answers in the local keep, which was held by 2 unknown Dragons, who seemed defensive but also confused. A Standoff happend where the Dragons threatend them, but the Chaos Marked did not budge and kept explaining the Situation. Realizing what was actually happening, the Dragons introduced themself as Guardians of the place, awaiting the Return of the Chaos Faries. Which turned out to be all trapped in a Dragon Egg. Like one of the many the Chaos Marked have gathered and Protected over the last few Months.
Now it was their duty to bring back the right one, and release this lost Civilization, the only question is, what will be awaiting them through the Portal, since Cadok can not get them back through Tonbarony out of this Halcyon, surrounded by the litearl Void besides that one Portal?
