Psychomendia is a Mind-Altering Prion that Infects from plants to animals to humans, Multiple research shows that it originated from an unknown strand of virus going rogue and making its evolutionary tree

Transmission

It starts spreading by infecting a plant that is likely to be consumed by an animal or a sapient non-humanoid which causes the animal to become Manhunter and bite any Humanoid it sees, If a person bitten by the infected animal caused a deep wound the infection will start and not treated quickly the person will turn into a Psychomender

Symptoms

After the patient was bitten, they will feel a bit jittery, their entire body starts to turn purple, the patient will report feeling nauseous and they will start vomiting, This can last 3 to 4 days before the patient starts experiencing paralysis in the legs and turn more purple, the patient will experience coughing and severe vomiting, this stage will last up to a week until they fall into a coma, during the coma the patient heartbeat with start to slow down until it stops, after an approximate 40 seconds the patient will rapidly wake up as a Psychomender and spray everyone within their vicinity.

Psychomender

Psychomenders are patients infected with the Psychomendia, They are highly intelligent and use stealthy techniques to kill and/or infect their target, The Psychomender can spray particles around it in a diameter of 4m causing nearby unprotected personnel to feel nauseous and vomit, Then it will tear apart anyone inside its spraying range and then leap at personnel to kill them or spread a weaker version of Pyschomendia that infects quickly but is less dangerous turning them into a Lesser Psychomender, Lesser Psychomender are easier to contain, terminate and treat since they aren't sporadic as the Psychomender

Discovery of a Cure
