Told

A person who is considered one of the Told is cursed with visualizing scenes from the future and/or past. Once the Told views a future prophecy, it becomes set in stone. The only way the facts of the prophecy can be undone are through execution of the Told who visualized it, as well as all immediate family. Due to this fact, the Told are extremely few and far between. They generally live reclusive lives, hiding themselves away from people as their very existence is a danger to themselves and any family they may have. Those who were born with the powers of the Told often don't make it to adulthood, though the abilities of the Told often manifest later in life. 
 The Told are the closest thing to magic left in the world since the Death of Magic in 421 BFW.

Manifestation

The prophetic visualizations that the Told experience leaves the person in an slowed state of consciousness. Their eyes turn completely black, and darkened veins leech out through the skin covering the face. People who have been around one of the Told when experiencing a prophecy have reported a feeling of increased pressure in the surrounding area, as if gravity has increased. The Told cannot control these visions or when they occur.

The Told are not localized to any specific area within Elyara.
