Drokin 'Bloodgazer'
Drokin 'Bloodgazer' is the shaman of the gnoll pack led by Zatok Furybinder. Drokin is an elderly, female gnoll who manifested strange powers early in her life; the pack lord viewed her powers as a gift from the demon lord Yeenghou (source of all gnolls). With time, Drokin's powers and her standing in the pack increased. Her extraordinary abilities have likely kept her from being killed by the other pack members as she aged.
Looking at Drokin, you see an aged gnoll with graying fur, a bent back, and a frail frame. Drokin's face is rather shocking as she has scratches over both eyes with gouge-like scars that extend across and through eyebrows and eyeballs into the skin below. As she walks, Drokin leans on her staff with each step, making repeated thumps on the ground. She does not appear to have trouble moving through space and does not use the staff as a vision aid. The staff itself is a long, straight, wooden rod with a range of ornaments and several bones and skulls adorning the top.
