It was not until Adrie of Caylieu became the first prophet of Thoitiet did her presence be known. The mythos goes that this elf was in a watery glade when the skies opened up. She swam to the nearest mangrove tree but the floodwaters would soon swallow her up. In desperation, she tried to sing the songs of protection to her patron, Thuvien, but her notes fell on deaf ears. Awaiting her fate, she closed her eyes and clung to the top of mangrove. In what she thought would be her final moments she heard a song. Not from Thuvien, but a chorus of frogs that had joined her on the mangrove. Their croaks batted the storm away and revealed a perfect rainbow. Bewildered by this divine intervention, Adrie would go on to devote her life to Thoitiet and show the ways of what would later be known as Storm Croakers.
