Staff of Fate

This quarterstaff is made of green stone and has three loops at the top end. Each loop is meant to represent the three eyes of Giac Moran. When attuned, its wielder can tip the scales of chance to favor them.
The staff was originally in possession of Valin roughly eight hundred years ago. While within the pages of Voi Toi 4-2.16: Events and Accomplishments of Bay Dihn Soi Under the Rulership of Ivellios the Cultivator, Aglizzy was able to pull the staff into existence to modern times.
