Not much is know about this individual. Slayer eavesdropped on a conversation with The Tabaxi Sisters who were communing with this humanoid shape made of pure fire. It was unclear if this was its true form or just a magical effect that the hags used to communicate with it. From what Slayer was able to glean from the conversation, this thing is an employer of The Tabaxi Sisters and at least one of its past ploy's was foiled by Welcome Tasks. Clearly a bigger player in power ecosystem of Quai Thu, but for now it is just a name to remember.
