Ebirk Sathach's Recollection The fear of seeing one of Phan Ra’s vultures circling overhead had been one engrained into all of Quai Thu since the dawn of time. Phan Ra was the second god to arrive, always feasting off whatever Ho Thran left behind, and it was always a point of contention between the two. For as long as I can remember, the two gods hated one another. In the early parts of history, clerics of Phan Ra would perform death rites, laying the dead in open plains and allow Phan Ra to pick the body clean. Chet’s arrival gave death a more noble presence, and followers of Phan Ra began to occupy other facets of death. In the end they found their niche in herbalism, preventing the festering of wounds and mastering poisons to inflict decay into those deemed unworthy.
