Sharpbrain's Cart of Very Many Deals

Once or twice a year one very special covered carriage gilded with precious metals makes way eastward across the Gober Savanna to hawk quality goods and spices from the far coast of Kupridop. The proprietor of this mobile market is Sharpbrain Coinwheel, a priggish kobold merchant identified by his austentacious robes. This finicky individual has made himself famous for being the only travelling hawker bold enough to take his ratite-drawn cart across a twenty-odd day march through one of the hottest regions in Qerodil. Sharpbrain has mentioned he does it in part to enjoy the scenery and keep his birds fit.
Upon his arrival in the southernmost town of Kesidop the kobold takes to finding the tallest volunteer as a hireling. From here he travels up to Sabletopp, stopping wherever appropriate to set up shop. Sharpbrain has a history of preferring sales with citizens similar to his size, even offering them discounts if they meet eye level. Counter to that, he’s known to treat tall folk like dirt.
The most abundant and requested item that this salesman offers is powdered sepulchre root, favoured especially by the labourers of Rogtogog and Rudidoof for its potent pain relieving properties. Preferring to barter—especially for shiny treasures—often by the time Sharpbrain reaches Sabletopp his collection of goods ranges from militia armaments, to nobleman’s artistry, to family trinkets and toys. Of course, after years of trade only the best, most valuable goods are considered, such as copper buttons, or three-point throwy knives.
One certain value that Sharpbrain holds over others is his story of success by making a lavish living from digging up stinky plant tendrils. It’s rumoured that the eccentric kobold invests his annually gathered coin by burying them like seeds, but eager prospectors have never been able to find truth to the claim.
