Castellan of Crimson Castle

The Castellan of Crimson Castle once served Lord Carnishan before turning on him and having him killed during the people's overthrow of the Last Lords. With the Lord gone, the Castellan seized power with an iron grip that in turn was also overthrown by the people he ruled. Mad with power, he sought to maintain it by releasing the Lord's Dragyn menagery to terrorize the people and sow chaos.
