- Well, girl Kilkil could have Quincy at least. But as u said, her periods r irregular, so probably the first time she did got scared (maybe she was in her late teens already and knew she must have them but never got.
Kid is more scared than Kilkil herself and runs around trying to soothe her pain.- Quincy comes to stay with them for her first period once they realize that's what's happening. (kidd panic at the start, before the dots are connected, thinking killer is dying in front of him) teaches kidd how to prep heating pads, what painkillers are best for cramps, getting at least soup or something in kilkil when she looses her appetite, all that jazz. keeping on theme that killer is so tiny because of childhood malnutrion, i think killer was at least mid teens by her first period. youre right that Quincy (and maybe even Victoria) probably explained periods to her already. if they where using some kind of chemical or herbal preventatives (just in case) that could have further fucked up her cycles and delayed her start. kidd about to fight god for giving his killer cramps and all this other bullshit.
- Quincy teaches Kid how to mother Killer and warns him about tampons, period pads/cups, so if Kilkil gets worse he must immediately get help. And it'll still take at least 1 day for KiKi to be on their own during Kil's first period. Kid just can't leave her in such state (he could run and get Quincy when Kil's asleep)
