Sycamores is apparently a flower shop, providing red roses for romantics and lilies for the bereft. Bouquets made to order. However, below the petals and perfume lies a secret, as Sycamores is also the front for an illegal speakeasy in the basement, serving alcohol to Arkham’s thirsty people.
Entrance to the speakeasy is via the rear door, where clients must knock to gain entry and access to the stairwell down to the bar. The establishment is rudimentary and attracts a less well-heeled clientele, with much of Arkham’s low-rent gangsters and petty criminals meeting to discuss business here, as well as regular folk seeking a taste of whiskey or wine.
Lexy Romano, 35, is the sharp and witty bartender and manager who dresses well. She's sleeping with Vinny.
Vincenzo "Vinny" Ciambella, 25, is the new owner of the flower shop and the speakeasy. He bought the place with financial help from his uncle Giuseppe “Joe” Potrello. Who's a silent partner.
