The ancestral home of the Clarks. Miss Elizabeth, the last of this branch of the Clarks, is the owner and resident of this splendid Georgian mansion. She now rents out rooms as a means to keep her head above water and pay her taxes. Most Arkhamites consider the house to be the best boarding establishment in Arkham.
Clark lets rooms by the month only, and the rent of $95 per month includes two meals a day, with breakfast at 7:00 am and supper at 6:30 pm. Miss Elizabeth rents only to the select few with whom she can feel personal affinity and who can offer strong letters of recommendation. She has a total of five rooms to let.
