Argonaut

The people of legend and renowned and are often celebrated for their commitment to the continued development and protection of their fellow man. The Argonaut are members of guilds who specialize in defense against monsters and exploration of the uncharted lands. Originally this was due to the inability for the empire to properly train and develop both a force for national defense/offence and a specialized force to hunt and kill monsters and explore uncharted land the Empire developed the Charter of Guilds . This would allow for the common people to forge specialized groups to combat this problem themselves.
