Rise of the Dominion

The astral year is 16124, otherwise known as 2123 current era. It's been 26 years since the Rebellion against the System Lords. In the aftermath tensions are high as the various intersteller powers have agreed to Neutral Zones that are mainly only enforced or of concern along System Lord Space. As a result of growing tension, the Monterra Battle Station was construsted and finished 2 years ago. Recently the Brighthope Beacon was also completed in the Republic's Azulon Sector.
Various System Lords are looking again to expand their power by conquering regions of space and uncovering ancient technologies. But even more concerning are the whispers and rumors swirling that some new unknown interstellar power is planning to make moves on the alpha quadrant and assimilate its resources and peoples for their own purposes.
