Project Storm
The land that lay West of The Immortal Peaks is known as Oros. 1200 Years ago this place was plunged into a dark age following the catastrophic collapse of the once great Zylerian Empire. Sickness and war then plagued these lands for centuries. Little is known about what may have caused this collapse. Some believe a war among the gods spilled over into the material plane while others believe it was an invasion from an army of undead. Whatever it was, little evidence remains of the ancient empire beyond great ruins and fabled legends.
At present day however, new domains and kingdoms have risen from the ashes. An age of prosperity and enlightenment has turned these once troubled territories into growing civilizations. In the year 1209, seven powers each claim their respective corners of Oros.
