Jaro
"If I don't own it, I will soon."An enormous Fillandren man by the name of Jaro rules the Chained Fist gang in Rill. He built the underground from scratch with blood, sweat and tears, and most of it not even his own. His gang does it all, blackmail, extortion, kidnapping for ransom, if anything criminal goes on in Rill, one can bet Jaro has a hand in it. With near every politician in his pocket, he has maneuvered himself to the top of the city's command structure and is untouchable. Indeed he openly lives in the most resplendent mansion and gluttons himself on any delicacy that passes through the city. He hosts parties in his manor garden zoo where he hosts gladiator duels to the death, auctions off blatantly stolen goods and lets people vie for his favour with showers of gifts. He feeds anyone who displeases him to his lion, who is nearly as fat as he is. He owns many other exotic animals imported from far-away lands, and his favourite is his royal parrot who he named Ludin.

Personal history
From childhood Jaro had been alone, as an orphan at Muri's Orphanage he bullied and hurt others to get what he wanted, as well as made connections with those of like mind for when he was beaten and kicked out for going to far and permanently scarring a young girl named Anria with facial burns. Free of any responsibilities, he quickly took over the first gang he encountered and grew it mostly on protection money. Many tried to betray him but he outsmarted and killed them all.
The first thing Jaro did when he achieved control of the ruling class of Rill was burn down Muri's Orphanage, leaving all the children inside to fend for themselves like he had to.
