President (Keitheas)

The president of the Republic of Keitheas must be an ethel who is at least 90 years old at the time of the election and has a clean criminal record.
To run for the office, a candidate must obtain 1 million signatures from at least 25% of the regions.
The president is elected for 30 years renewable once.

The president has the following skills:

• Presidential immunity
• promulgates the laws
• power of veto
• signs and ratifies international treaties

The president represents the state abroad.
He receives foreign delegations and participates in the Council of Heads of State of the Galactic Senate.
He is also Chief of the Armies.
He appoints the Prime Minister and participates in the creation of the government.
He has the right to dissolve the Elven Assembly once per term.
