Federal President (TF)

The president of the Federation must be a terran who is at least 30 years old at the time of the election and has a clean criminal record.
To run for the office, a candidate must obtain 1 million signatures from at least 25% of the federal regions.
The president is elected for 7 years renewable once.

The president has the following skills:

• Presidential immunity
• promulgates the laws
• power of veto
• signs and ratifies international treaties

The president represents the state abroad.
He receives foreign delegations and participates in the Council of Heads of State of the Galactic Senate.
He is also Chief of the Armies.
He appoints the Vice President and participates in the creation of the government.
He has the right to dissolve the Federal Assembly once per term.
