Sephua is a whipcord and a greyhound, long and lean but packing plenty of muscle into a tight frame.

Sephua is never without his sunglasses, though they're not a fetish - he's capable of removing them without an issue. He typically wears a tight-fitting work tee under a thin, long-sleeved leather jacket marked with the Cobalt Syndicate dual stripe slashing from the back right shoulder down to the front left pectorals. Heavy work pants, heavier work boots, and a wide, well-tooled gunbelt complete his everyday gear.

Sephua is fond of good clothing and games of chance. He routinely spends his winnings on accessories or tailoring to accent his face and form.
There are plenty of things Sephua dislikes, but the most well-known is simple: if you have something nicer than his - a bike, a jacket, a girlfriend - he's going to be invested in taking it, or trading up above you.

Sephua is, by and large, fair to the people below him in the Syndicate. He's even-tempered with those who report to him, and even when punishments are necessary, it's rarely a personal matter.

"Envious" is the best word to describe him. He doesn't need everything in the world, but what he has needs to be the best. If someone shows him up, he won't stop until they're outdone - or off Warren for good.
Sephua's also a known gambler. He's good enough at the games of skill and observant enough at races that he wins more often than he loses, but gambling's a gamble.

For someone who fought his way up through the docks, Sephua's nearly fastidious. He has no problem getting dirty - or bloody - but cleaning up afterward is a high priority.
