Winteara Dragon of Winter, Death Darkness and Cold (win·tear·ah)

Winter when not in her Primal Spirit form appears to her followers as an extraordinarily beautiful woman. Robed in only by a haze of cool air and flaked snows. Covering her body in what appears to be a transparent dress that wisps about her body as if in a breeze even when there is none. Her hair is black as coal and her eyes are as blue as frozen water. Wherever she goes a layer of frost covers all within sight. Each breath that is exhaled leaves trails of steam from the chill of her presence alone.
In her Draconic form, she appears as a massive white dragon wreathed in frost. The air itself around her in this form is simply lethal. Without the magical aid or her will, there is little anyone can do to survive in her presence for a long.
