Dr. Rishima Doshi inadvertently cast herself out of phase with the rest of reality around her in one of her experiments. Being incorporeal has driven her ever more mad, and she attempts increasingly desperate ways of bringing herself back into phase.
Her encounter with the students of the Circle, specifically Zoetrope, brought her back into phase and back to normal.
