Personal history

The world needed a hero, but Indiana needed a Devontae Caine. In his early years, he honed his abilities in secret, guided by his parents' unwavering love and moral compass. He learned that the true strength of a hero wasn't in their abilities, but in their heart. Little did the world know, the strongest hero it would ever know was already amongst them, waiting for the moment to rise. He took to his first mission on his 18th birthday, which was a deal he agreed upon with his parents, Tom, and Lucille Caine, who were hardworking citizens who loved their child more than anything. He faced off against the supervillain "The Bulletproof Bandit" who robbed banks in Indianapolis all throughout Devontae's childhood. Devontae couldn't wait to face him and was thrilled when he turned on the police radio to hear that The Bulletproof Bandit was back at it again. He flew to Indianapolis from Mishawaka within 4 minutes (which means he flew at a whopping 2265 mph, which would become slow for his future speeds.) After spotting The Bulletproof Bandit, he grabbed his getaway car off the street and brought it to the top of a nearby building. He safely pulled the villain out of the car and punched him in the face after taking several bullets to the face which all bounced off. Ultra-man's punch knocked the supervillain's jaw off and showed how powerful Devontae truly was. He flew the supervillain to a hospital and brought the car back to the street. Devontae turned himself into the police after "saving" The Bulletproof Bandit who died from his injuries within minutes of being left at the hospital. Devontae was facing a 30 year sentence in prison, but was pardoned by the 42nd president of the United States of America, Benjamin Raff. Raff pardoned Devontae on the condition that he would fully back his new superhero protection group which he called "The Oracle". Ultra-Man served as a controversial leader/member of The Oracle for years, before winning over the support of not only America, but the world.
