Shaken

You are either physically in pain, mentally rattled (fear, doubt, overwhelmed, etc.), or both, but the common result is an impaired capacity for action. This is commonly product of receiving bruises, small cuts, or mental effects.

Characters in this state cannot attack, they can only perform movements or maneuvers that do not involve rolls, such as moving or sprinting.

In this state, characters can be wounded (see Damage and Wounds).
To overcome the Shaken status, a character must perform an action called Recovery during his turn.
