Even though your use of this skill must conform to the Brewery System rules, you can only use it to brew concoctions that cause harm. You are not capable of brewing medicine, drugs, or others. That requires deeper understanding of dosage and the science behind it. To do that, you would need the Brewery skill, usually posessed by the Naturemasters.
