Expressed Mutation

An "activated" mutation. You hold the genes for a mutation, and the mutation is currently altering your body, so you can readily use the abilities that come with the mutation.
The term can be used as a verb, as "expressing", referring to the act of "activating" a previously "deactivated" mutation (a Repressed Mutation).
