Dual Wielding

If you hold weapons in both of your hands, it doesn't mean you get to attack with both of them, however, it is useful to distract opponents that have a single weapon or are unarmed, and have no shield (in the latter case, stacks with Reach).
In these cases your attacks go at a -1 difficulty.
This doesn't give any advantage against enemies with Natural Weapons.
