The Mountain Wars

INTRODUCTION

The Moutnains Wars were a series of skirmishes between a disrupting ruling class in Gazelli along the West Seas and their overlords, The Archian Empire. The rebellion was widespread and lasted almost 60 years, resulting in a short- but effecetive- message to the rulers of the Archian Empire: no city is unable to throw off their might. Unfortunately for the citizens of what became known as the Eyptous City-State, the somewhat absent King Ignis I died in 4226, and his son Emeric II took the Archian throne. Emeric stopped the unpopular assault and invasion on Tsonlar and retook the Gazelli penninsula in 4250 4p. The war, however, would prove to a source of encouragement and hope for future rebellions against the empire.
