The Blood Tyrant Proclimation

The hand withers, and the clock fades.
The Great watchmen cower with fear,
The day of judgement has come,
And bloodshed of many draws near.

Thus says Lavern, eldest son of Loscin-

Death will come on justice's wings, to bring an end to corruption and greed in the lands of Traelec. Those in whom the people once trusted, will have their cowering faces revealed. Bloodshed and extinction, famine and blight- all too merciful for the people of Traelec, who's misdeeds are written in the book of wrath in Loscin's plain! In the west- a king will rise; in the north- a great commander! His sword will bring many to cower, and more to death. His army shall wave many banners and he shall gather the support of the masses. In noble pursuit, he will bring about the wrath of God- blood and death are his sacraments. His wild haired warriors and prey-hungry fowl will bring down the mighty fortresses of Traelec, with swift retribution and terrible might they will slay the inhabitants. Fire and brimstone shall rain from the heavens, as rain and mist did once before; the evidence of divine hand shall be clear. Then those who still remain may know that Loscin shall not be provoked- their God still reigns in the heavens. The Tyrant, by blood, shall rule, though his days are numbered. After six ages have passed, his kingdom shall be removed from him. The Blood Tyrant will lose his offspring, by fear and injustice. Traelec's final word will fell the mighty heritic. So shall their fall be together, until the lands of freedom are divided by foreign rulers and stained with the final drop of Traelecii blood. Thus the Lord Loscin has spoken, his wicked people in Traelec shall be destroyed by their own evil; 'I will help them no more' says God, 'By the hand of Pollard's offspring, by the hand of the persecuted, I will destroy the persecuter'. So shall it be done. Amen.

The Prophecy of the Blood Tyrant was transcribed during the early 48th century, shortly before the signing of the Abeonic treaty. Scribes from the Caeveit wrote down the words of Lavern the Elder, who prophesied that Traelec would fall underneath the crushing hand of a tyrant- who's noble cause would spill the blood of many Traelecii and bring blight to the all the northern provinces of Abeon.
