The Arbiter

 INTRODUCTION 

 The Arbiter is the unprecendented form of vigilanty justice incarnate. Almost nothing is known about this strange force of neutrality prior to his recognition as a fearsome soldier of unyielding 'justice'. He follows no lawbook, no nation, and no king. He is truly his own person, hunting down whoever he deems 'insufficient of life' and 'unsuited to dwell among the living'. Wielding a crossbow, greatsword, and poleaxe, there is no such thing as ambushing the arbiter. Confirmed kill count as of the year 4781 4p: two hundred thrity-nine. Unconfirmed justice kills make the numebr closer to five hundred. 

 BOUNTY HUNTER 

 Although he works primarily for personal justice, The Arbiter has been known to hear cases that require his 'skillset' to solve. One such case was a trap by the Archian Empire, cornering him with twenty of the King's personal guard. The only one to make it out alive, was the mysterious bounty hunter. Some suspect he has ties to The League of Five, but their affiliation with both The Merciful and the reapers of Kornon would likely prove otherwise.
