Grandwarlock Simon Lorpus
BACKSTORY
Simon Lorpus is a native of the Blue Hills Kingdom, a puppet state of Archia since the Archian Civil War in 4631 4p. Although his human form is fairly young, at 203 years old, Simon is one of Locsin's merciful, the angelic guard of his heavenly estate. Simon has participated in many wars, mostly among the cosmic realm is defying and pushing back the demigod Kor'non. Simon Lorpus, aka Simon the Sunfeller, immediately was let on the Mericfulic council in the Blue Hills, where he set to work dismantling the old rules of Loscin, attempting to use 'better' tactics to achieve the cosmic balance not restored since 972 2p. He fought in the battle for Bloom Spire, in an angelic state from the heavens; but since arriving in Eteanal in 4578 4p, Simon has fought in only one battle, between several merciful and a horde of Skull Warriors for a strategic fort on the border of the Blue Hills Kingdom. His uneasy tactics and unsettling thoughts on dark magic put him at odds with other merciful quite often.
THE BLUE HILLS OVERTHROW
Simon the Sunfeller rose to fame as the hero who threw out the skull warriors from the Blue Hills Kingdom. Shortly after his rise to fame, he decided it best if the merciful council occupied some sort of army, and began creating his infamous 'white coats'. As Lord Raymond Slayte ascended the throne of the Kingdom, he asked the merciful council who were already meeting in the area, to take part in ruling the country, as his advisors. By a mere 5-4 vote, they agreed and became part of the government. However, Simon became more ambitious and looked for an opportunity to gain power. Whether true or not, Simon accused King Slayte of being a traitor to the kingdom and exiled him to the fringe lands, in between the borders of Archia and the Blue Hills. He quickly occupied the throne, and has been in charge of the kingdom since. Several merciful were outraged, including Van Ward and Gu'ure Brokkhelm, but none spoke their opinions for fear of execution. Simon has ever since been at war with those loyal to Raymond Slayte and his Blackstonian Soldiers.
LEGACY OF THE SUNFELLER
Although a chosen one of Loscin, Simon the Sunfeller acts frequently according to his own ambitions and will. This created suspicion among members of the merciful council, such as Van Ward, and eventually led to his removal from the board. With no direct contact to the mission of cosmic balance, Simon ramped up his military might and began collecting magic items as a method of preparing for an all out war with decomancy- by using it on itself. After being exiled, Simon immediately fell in with other dismissed warlocks in the Cult of Lucifus. Even though the religion and organization are full of questionable characters, and shady motives, the access to high profile assassins like Rayven Irigil served Simon's purposes enough to disregard the demonic nature of such a league.

In the year 4692 4p, Simon took up his longsword and addressed a massive problem presenting the people in the southern Blue Hills. A massive earthworm, an eater of ancient days, had begun destroying the croplands of farmers vital to the survival and self sufficiency of the small nation. Heroes like Van Ward called the task impossible, for the worm only came out at the blackest hour of night. After six weeks of waiting in various different parts of the Blue Hills, Simon finally found a night where he faced the deadly eater. Keeping the monster away from the crops, Simon fought the beast for seven hours, until daylight dawned over the hills and struck the nocturnal creature, exploding its sensitive skin. He was hailed a hero, and given the nickname 'The Sunfeller', because he beat the monster by mere daylight.
