Fayste the Light (Fae-stee)

 INTRODUCTION 

 Fayste is the youngest mericful of Loscin, and the last of the nine, formed and placed in Abeon in 4540 4p. His first and only deployment for three millennia was cut short by a dark creature, only known as 'The Peddler'. His murder and legacy were investigated by legendary Merciful Hero Gu'ure Brokkhelm upon his return to the continent in 5408. Although Fayste is commonly referred to as the weakest of the nine, he actually wields a great deal of power in the cosmic realm, including the ability to freeze time. Fayste is underrated, and eventually played a large role in the betrayal of his comrades in 16478, during the War of Extinction. 

 FAYSTE OF THE LIGHT 

 Fayste first arrived in Fondalar in 4540 4p, and quickly set to work in Farburgh to restore the town to its former glory. Eventually, his mission failed epicly with the torching of Farburgh by the Daines Rangers in 4761. At a young 200 years of age, Fayste was recalled to the council of Merciful in the Blue Hills, where he received his final order: to guard the small outpost in the Forsaken Forest. It was in 4774 4p that Fayste first began to report trouble brewing to the North, particularly odd sounds and moaning coming from the ancient site of Warlocks, Bloom Spire. His initial finds were ignored by Lavern and Jubiniah, but after his notes and reports began
