Republic of Dorai Oln

The Republic of Dorai Oln is a Oligarchy in the Dorai Forest west of the Aegis Mountains in the Northwest of the Aegroran Continent.  The Council of Dorai rules over the country, and is composed of the heads or representatives of the noble houses.
Dorai Oln is a nation with very few large cities, and a much more evenly distributed population living in treetop villages throughout the country.  Nearly the entire country is heavily forested, and this shapes most aspects of life in Dorai Oln.
The culture of Dorai Oln values being direct, honest and straight forward.  There is little use for modesty in their eyes and as such, the Doraini people can often come across as rude, blunt and are sometimes seen as naive due to their lack of familiarity with common euphemisms.  Clothing is seen as being useful for utility, fashion or expression, but not strictly necessary out of any sense of covering up ones self.  Topics of health, sex and other sensitive natures are generally seen as being just as normal to discuss as family, politics, or current events. They may not be something you speak about with strangers, but they are not viewed with shame or embarrassment.  When preparing for jobs or tasks that involve interacting or travelling with other countries, they are often briefed on matters of manners, sensitive topics, appropriate clothing and other matters of propriety.
It is worth noting that while nudity or conversations regarding sex and are more open, sexual acts are still kept private to respect the intimacy of these acts.  There may be others invited to watch, such as for educational purposes, but such arrangements are always explicitly proposed and agreed to.
