Simulcrum

A Simulcrum, in magical terms, is a way of creating a copy of a person that can be controlled by the ritualist to achieve specific goals.
The stronger the link to the target, the more the simulcrum can do as that person. For example, blood can create the simulcrum whereas actually having a ritually consistent link to the target allows access to memories and, as far as any biometrics or ward are concerned.
Some ritualists use a Simulcrum to appear in two places at once or to send the simulcrum to do tasks that the ritualist would rather not do.
