Foundation, The

Set up by the Millennium Marvels, with help from other Powered and non-Powered Individuals alike, the Foundation seeks to teach those with Powers, how best to utilise and control them. It also boasts a safe space for those with nowhere else to go, or whose families, unable or unwilling to cope with a powered family member, find themselves at a loose end.
