Vortex Observatory

A small guild of adventurous wizards run a observatory near the Korvas Vortex. There they observe the storms and patterns of the events. They are known to sell information on sightings they make through the storm, predicated paths through the storm, as well as spotted items falling away from any strong Arcane Fracas.
