Fulgring

Fulgring is one of four moons orbiting Potestatem. The surface of the moon is electrically charged due to a metallicy airated atmosphere. Lightning is as common as the wind on the world and it is considered impossible to visit by anyone not immune to the electrical charges the jump across it every second.
